Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
When will I receive my item(s)?
All items should be received within 1-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
Average delivery time to the USA is 1-2 weeks.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
