Returns & Cancellation
If you place an order and have not yet received the shipping email, you can cancel the order without an issue. Please contact us to arrange this by replying to your order cancellation email.
Once the payment has been processed, it becomes a little more complicated but in some cases we can provide a refund as long as the order has not left the factory. Again contact us at the earliest opportunity and we'll do our best to help.
Once the order has been packed and shipped unfortunately we cannot cancel at this point.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order and wish to get a refund, we are happy to help you with this as best we can. Your satisfaction means everything to us which is why we offer a no-problem refund guarantee.
If you no longer want the product, you may request for a full refund within 30 days but you must first return the item in its original condition and unused. You will have to ship the item back to us at your expense, once the item has been verified that it has been received in at our office then a full refund will be provided.
It is recommended you ship your item back using a trackable service so it doesn't get lost in transit.
- We do not have any control if your item is held in customs for any reason. Note: whilst we've never encountered this problem we do need to make you aware of it
- We are not responsible for natural disasters or any delays with the shipping company once your order has been shipped.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the process.
Please do not send your product back to us without a Return Authorization from our support team. We ship thousands of products and want to ensure you receive the highest level of customer service should you wish to return or exchange for any reason.
